I truly appreciate the time I have reserved for each of my clients at Niza Lideo. Our time together is very important to me and I look forward to it. Of course, I know that sometimes life gets in the way, and schedules need to be adjusted. When you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This provides me with ample time to contact any clients on stand by, of an availability, thus, keeping my schedule filled. This also allows me to provide the best service to my current and future clientele. Thank you for supporting these policies. I know how easy it is to forget a reservation, you may have booked months ago, so I confirm all reservations 24 and 48 hours in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- No Shows: 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Less than 24-hour notice: 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Reservations made within the 24-hour period. For clients who cancel less than 4 hours prior to their reservation: 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card.
- Multiple services or combos canceled less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the reserved service amount.
Please note, that a credit card “HOLD” transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the reservation time.
Niza Lideo stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service please contact me immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week from the date of service including rescheduling. Due to the artistic nature of what I do, I cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, I will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. I take our relationship very seriously and only prescribe products that will heal, nourish and maintain your hair’s color. I proudly stand behind all of our professional hair products including, NILI, Mizani, GK Smoothing, KERATINCOMPLEX, and BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT. Should you find that you are dissatisfied with any of these products purchased from myself, return them within 30 days and I will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice. Sales of personal grooming items such as hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) are final. No returns and no exchanges.
Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange only providing they are in their original packaging. These policies are provided in order to continue providing a high level of service for our current and future clientele. Thank you for your continued support.
